Reiki treatment session always starts with a conversation with me, Femala, your Reiki Practitioner and you. I listen to your current state of body and mind. Upon completion of the session, another conversation takes place for further assessment. During the Reiki session, you remain fully clothed while relaxing comfortably on a massage table or sitting in a chair. I place my hands gently in different positions on your body for a length of time. Most clients report feeling deeply relaxed and peaceful during and after a session. Others may experience warmth, coolness, or tingling sensations during the session. You may even fall asleep. The experience is different for each person. Reiki ‘meets you’ where you are.

Reiki treatment is received in a quiet private room, with soft pleasing music playing. A 60 minute Reiki session is a full session where the client receives the treatment on the front of the body, head and back body for a longer period of holding the hand positions. It usually will have a deeper effect. The Life Energy of the Universe is transferred into the client through the Practitioners hands which helps in the improvement of the clients physical, mental and emotional body. Physical pain receives relief. Mental worry, stress and other related anxiety usually dissolves at the end of the session. The individual remains fully clothed while relaxing comfortably on a massage table or sitting in a chair. The experience is different for each person.
